Getting an extra edge with Kundalini Yoga

Tonight's set will focus on honing the adrenals and kidneys for glandular balance, to keep energy up, to control anger and optimize heart function.

After a deep relaxation, we will practice a meditation to enhance the capactiy for self-authority.

This is the second class of the three-week mini-session (November 30-December 14). If you are not already signed up for the session, drop in anytime for $15/class.

(I am canceling the December 21 class of the session; if you did sign up for the session, I will refund you $10 tonight.)

Please email Shoshana if you are interested in signing up or if you have questions: shoshana.rosenbaum@gmail.com

Tuesdays, 7:30pm-8:45pm
Palisades Community Church (downstairs in Memorial Hall),
5200 Cathedral Ave. NW, just off MacArthur Blvd.

Also, if you haven't looked at the blog lately, see the last posting for a list of more Kundalini classes around town. In addition, a teacher at the Palisades' Centered Yoga is also interested in offering a Kundalini class, possibly Sundays at noon -- let them know if you are interested and they might do it: www.centeredyogastudio.com

The class includes movement and meditation and is appropriate for all levels.

Bring a mat and blanket, or come early to borrow them.
