Tonight's set will balance the vayus, or "airs" of the body, and bring equilibrium to the entire glandular system. After a deep relaxation, we will practice a meditation for deep sleep, radiance and patience.
This is the third week of the six-week February-March session. If you are not already signed up, drop in for $15/class.
