The yogis believe that prana (life force energy) is made up of five vayus. By bringing focus and awareness to these vayus, we can learn to control them and create health and well-being. Tonight's set of Kundalini Yoga will work to balance the vayus through breath, inward focus and movement. After some deep relaxation, we will do a short meditation focused on mastering the breath.
This is the fourth week of the six-week August-September session. If you are not already signed up, drop in for $15/class.
When this session ends, we will take a break the week of October 12 while the book fair is set up at the Palisades Community Church. Our next session will run Oct 19-November 23.
